Dream #113: Sailing a Pirate Ship on Hardwood Flooring

I’m sailing a pirate ship which is really tall but has a thin base and that’s all that you have to think about: how narrow the base is as it carves a line through the hardwood as you sail it around under the towering ceilings of the house. Even on the 2nd floor, the floor is all very rich and golden, almost cherry wood, the same as the ship, but I’m so high up, and an ant’s size, that the thought of the base is analogous to that of a car especially during parking wherein I just can’t grasp how the front of the car is all that really matters. And I think also in this case, in a video-game-like way, it doesn’t matter where the bounds of the edge of the top of the ship (which was much wider) went, that is, they could go into walls and all, just as long as the base stayed on track. I was trying to sail it against my better judgment and probably the desires of my friends.

It definitely wasn’t a houseboat.
