Dream #179: Corrugated Beveled Indented Sun Vacuum

05.31.2010 § Leave a comment

Genghis Khan is trying to take over the world. He’s just made the decision to invade India across the Himalayas. The music tolls ominously, the camera tilts up, and dark clouds envelope the sun. The sun, then, turns into a little corrugated beveled indented circle in the sky, vacuuming everything up. Even the theater itself (we’re at the Feelies, I guess) starts to rise, and we’re all like Holy fuck, we’re going to die. But it stops just in time.

The cute girl down the street (Helen, in a cameo) just has to remind me that her and the other people living around the perimeter of the neighborhood have regularly shaped yards and thus only get one door to their house, while all us in the middle on the windy roads get interesting shaped land and therefore two doors.
