Film Micrœview #3: The General (1926)

The General (Buster Keaton)

the Jackie Chan of silent cinema

Not having seen a Buster Keaton movie before, this is totally out of context. But I quite enjoyed the film overall, and especially all of the plank physics humor. It was truly action packed, basically a modern action blockbuster. Also I learned a lot about trains, such as handcars and water stops.
