Une femme est une femme

Rating: Good.

I mean, honestly my response to this movie is more of a shrug, but I give it a good to passively recognize how much of it I am taking for granted. I wish I had seen in this earlier in my development. Tricks that might have blown my younger mind were just like “Ah, I see what he did there.” I guess having already seen Weekend, Alphaville, and Contempt, I just found myself wishing I was watching them instead — I prefer their vibe. I admit I haven’t watched any later Godard — not for any particular reason I guess, other than the idea of it not appealing much to me. I just felt obligated to watch this.
