Dream 533: Porous Scalp

The hair along the sides of my head has mostly fallen off, leaving only an extremely greasy and irregularly bordered mohawk slicked back across the middle. Nearby it is deeply scabbed. Most of my scalp is this hideous pink swiss cheese with massive follicle holes the size of clams. The layer of tissue above my scalp seems inches thick. You can see air through some of the networks of tunnels in my head. Surprisingly it doesn’t appear to be oozing anything, perfectly healed up.
